Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and nicely decorated in a traditional Venetian style, which added a sweet character to the stay. The staff were so lovely and helpful, and the location was excellent, just a couple of minutes from St Marks Square. However, the advice from the front desk on some occasions was not the best, and the dining experience, although nice, could have had more options available in the morning.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious. The service was exceptional, with helpful staff who made our stay truly enjoyable. The location provided both convenience and tranquility. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and the facilities could use some improvement.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very comfortable and clean, albeit on the smaller side, but they overlooked a charming courtyard accessible via an archway next to Hotel Savoia e Jolanda and at a fraction of the cost. The service was fantastic, especially the team who took us to our junior suite in the roof and even carried our bags up. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. Dining at Savoia e Jolanda was superb, although it can get a bit hectic during peak times. Overall, a great experience with just a few minor hiccups.
I loved my stay at this hotel! The room had lovely views of the church and roof gardens, although on the small side and with carpeting that might not be ideal for Venice's humidity. The service was exceptional, with the manager going above and beyond to assist us with restaurant recommendations and tours, and even helping with our luggage. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from San Marco and the waterbus station. The dining was average but with a good variety of options. Overall, a great choice for a Venice getaway.
My stay at Hotel Savoia e Jolanda was wonderful! The rooms were beautifully decorated to match the era of the hotel, offering a cozy view of the back 'alley'. The staff, especially Leonardo at the front desk, was incredibly friendly and helpful with dining recommendations and luggage storage. The location couldn't be better, close to St Mark's and various vaporetto stops. The dining experience at the adjoining hotel was good, with a buffet that included fresh fruit, breads, and hot food like bacon and scrambled eggs.
